This is a visibility envelope, not confirmation. It shows when an adversary imaging satellite has near-overhead geometry on your position, computed from public TLEs. It cannot tell you whether an image was taken, and it ignores cloud cover, tasking, and whether a satellite is still operating. Optical sensors need daylight; radar (SAR) and ELINT work day and night.
